Located in the coastal part of the picturesque village of Minia, 6.5 km from Argostoli, and just 2.5 km from the tourist resort of Lassi. The area is full of beautiful child friendly beaches. Just 2 minutes walk away, Spasmata is one of the organized beaches of the island.

Stone villas with simple decoration surrounded by beautiful gardens, can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen, equipped for the preparation of simple meals. Upstairs there are two connected bedrooms  by a sliding door or a common wall and one shared bathroom.
