Ôhe great love that two young people felt for their home island led to the creation of this guesthouse which is unique for the island. After years of absence due to their studies and their professional obligations, the 2 simblings, though so different from one another, had the common desire to return to their island and create a place that would offer something completely different from what is the common practice on the island. They wanted to create a place that would offer the wormth and hospitality of a friendly house and not the cold enviroment of a normal hotel. And finally the succeded!

According to the local tradition, the word "volidiera" was the name they used to refer to the small cottages that had roofed verandas and were built in the middle of small argicultural estates. This name appeared to be the most appropriate for this guesthouse that's built in the middle of a 6000m2 estate foull of olive trees.
