RogiaVillas is a new built unit consisting of six villas. It is situated on a small private cape just a few meters from the seaside with its own beach.
The location ensures that your stay will be ideally isolated, far from any noise and crowd but at the same time conveniently close to some of the most preferred beaches of the island and Argostoli, the capital with its nightlife, shops, restaurants and clubs.
The unit consists of six three-storey villas divided in two groups of three villas each.

Each villa is fully equipped and ready to host up to eight people: The ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can be used as a living room or a bedroom with four beds. On the next floor there is a kitchen and the main living room. On the last floor there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

Each villa has:
*Full furnishing.
*Kitchen equipped with all the required appliances and cooking sets.
*TV.
*Verandas with a panoramic view to the Ionian sea.
